crashzendo (psychotronica –Luxembourg)
crashzendo’s music is the result of spontaneous improvised flow. crashzendo believe that the magic of an initial creative moment is easily lost in subsequent (forced and often unsuccessful) attempts at recreating it. crashzendo have had no formal musical training, cannot actually play classical instruments and also have no idea how to use complex computer software or midi-sync anything. This is not to say that what crashzendo present on stage is mere chaos. Their intention is to perform vaguely similar versions of their past musical exploits, starting from a shared roadmap and unfolding from there.
crashzendo are aware of the inevitability of influence and know that, even though they aren’t trying to approximate the music of anyone else, what they are doing cannot be truly original. It is an honest and unpolished ride that borrows from the musical backgrounds of its creators, combining the pulse of rock with brute pattern-oriented electronic beats. crashzendo are an eclectic hybrid in terms of both sound and structure and resonate from within an interstitial space in-between musical styles.
